Simple quality of life things are such a huge ROI. I have a multi-type USB charging cable. 2 USB-Cs and 1 micro USB. They are obviously different when I look close, but at a glance I can't easily tell which is the odd micro-USB. I primarily use the USB-Cs, but the micro USB is still used on occasion such as to charge my wireless mouse.
So I realized I could just take a Sharpie and mark the silver metal such that I can now, immediately at a glance, know which is which. Easy. Satisfying. Efficient.
