What a fantastic observation and I love Dr. K's conversation that delves into this. I think the idea that a depressive episode is basically an infinite loop of self awareness and evaluation is excellent.
On Arguing
The opening segment of this resonates with me: I grew up in a household where there was no debating or arguing with parents and as such I never feel I really developed this skill. Overall I found this an interesting listen to discuss some of the core skills for debate and simply activate conversation.
